Seoul and Japan are ready to shoot down North Korea's rocket debris

SEOUL, South Korea — South Korea and Japan have vowed to shoot down any debris that falls on their territories from a long-range rocket that North Korea plans to fire this month. On Thursday, Seoul said it detected launch preparations by Pyongyang.
